Thor Engebrigtsen has extensive experience in the IT field, with a particular focus on datacenter and security. Thor is currently working as the Chief Information Security Officer at Color Line since April 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at Höegh Autoliners AS, including IT Solution Architect, System and Technical Architect, Service Coordinator, and System Administrator. In these positions, they were responsible for creating secure, stable, and cost-effective strategies for datacenters, implementing an IDAM solution for internal and external users, leading a security team, and managing the change process. Thor has been in the IT industry since 2000 and has a strong background in system administration and network management.
Thor Engebrigtsen received their Microsoft MCSE certification from Aktiv Opplæring / A-team in 1998. Before that, they attended Oslo Nye Høyskole in 1997-1998 and Norwegian Navy in 1996-1997. Their secondary education was completed at Stabæk Videregående Skole from 1992 to 1995.
