Lily Servais

Lily Servais is a seasoned genetic counselor with extensive experience in the field of genetics. Currently serving as a Senior Genetic Counselor in Medical Affairs at Color since April 2015, Lily is involved in making genetic testing more accessible through innovative software and processes. Previously, Lily held the position of Senior Genetic Counselor at CareCore National, where utilization management reviews for genetic testing were conducted. With a background in consulting at Genomic Strategy Consulting and clinical roles at DNA Direct, Lily has demonstrated expertise in genetic counseling, clinical care, and business strategy. Additional experience includes volunteering as a Task Force Leader at NSGC and supporting individuals with special needs at Inclusive Community Resources. Lily holds a Master’s degree in Genetic Counseling from California State University, Stanislaus, and a Bachelor’s degree in Genetics and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
