JD Hatter is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in budget management, financial planning, and education. Currently serving as the Corporate Budget & Financial Planning Manager at Colorado Access since March 2014, JD oversees the development of a $500M annual budget and prepares financial reports for various stakeholders.
