L. Cheri Reynolds, PHR has held various roles in the field of human resources. L. Cheri started their career in 1994 as a Corporate Trainer at Genesys Conferencing, where they worked until 2004. Following that, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Pitney Bowes from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Human Resources Generalist at DocuVault. L. Cheri then joined InnovAge in 2008 as a Senior HR Business Partner, where they worked until 2014. After that, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at Urban Peak from 2014 to 2016. L. Cheri then joined Colorado Access, initially serving as the Director of Human Resources from 2016 to 2018. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as the Senior Director of Human Resources & Facilities in the same organization. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of People Services (HR) at Colorado Access, starting in January 2022.

L. Cheri Reynolds, PHR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Metropolitan State University of Denver. L. Cheri also completed an Executive Education program in Leadership Development at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business. Additionally, they have studied Management & Leadership at Webster University. L. Cheri Reynolds has obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional- Agility in HR certification from ICAgile in September 2021. L. Cheri is also a Certified Trainer in Workplace Conflict Resolution from the Mediation Training Institute at Eckerd College. Moreover, they hold the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
