Ryan R. Toole

Ryan R. Toole, CRE, CCIM, serves as the President of Alterra Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate firm that specializes in Special Asset Management for distressed properties, since January 1999. Toole has a significant involvement in various real estate organizations, including membership on the Board of Directors for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® and a past presidency with CO/WY CCIM. As a member of the Counselors of Real Estate since 1996, Toole has held positions such as Chapter Treasurer and past Chairman. Additional board member roles include contributions to the City of Littleton's strategic initiatives, the Metropolitan Denver Local Development Corporation, and the Jefferson County Economic Development Corporation. Prior experience includes senior management roles at The Pyne Companies, Ltd., and GMAC Commercial Holding Capital Co. Toole holds a Master's degree in Real Estate Investment from the Wisconsin School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Montana.
