Stew Meagher

Stew Meagher is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Principal Consultant at Commonwealth Realty Services LiDo since April 1988. In addition to this role, Stew has been involved with the Colorado Association of REALTORS® as a member of the Legislative Policy Committee since 2010 and has served as Chair pro tem for the Littleton Housing Authority dba South Metro Housing Options since April 2009. Stew's previous experience includes Principal/Broker at Commonwealth Realty Services, A Metro Brokers Company, from April 1997 to September 2020, and Chairman of the Board for the South Metro Denver REALTOR Association in 2010. Stew also has a strong background in public service, having been a Council Member At Large and Commissioner for Littleton City Council from February 1993 to November 2003. Stew holds an STB degree in Theology from Gregorian University and a BA in Philosophy and Social Studies from Carroll College.
