Toni Picard Parker

Toni Picard Parker, CAE, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate industry. Currently serving as the Parliamentarian for the Colorado Association of REALTORS® since June 2014, Toni provides parliamentary services for Board of Directors meetings. Previously, as Director of MLS & Industry Development at dotloop, a Zillow Group company from November 2015 to February 2024, Toni focused on enhancing partner engagement and benefits. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer positions at the Vail Board of REALTORS (2014-2015), the Outer Banks Association of REALTORS (2007-2014), and the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley Association of REALTORS (2004-2007), along with serving as Executive Director of the Southwest Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (1998-2004). Toni holds a degree from The University of New Mexico.
