Jennifer Erickson Baak

Jennifer Erickson Baak is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Chair of the Appellate CLE Planning Committee at The Colorado Bar Association since June 2023. Jennifer has also held the position of Trustee at Hastings College since September 2021 and serves as Of Counsel at Hilgers Graben PLLC since June 2017. Previous experience includes roles as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Appeals Division for the City of Chicago from November 2008 to August 2012, and as an Associate Attorney at Winston & Strawn from September 2004 to November 2008, focusing on general litigation. Jennifer's legal career began as a Law Clerk for Judge William Bauer at the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals from August 2003 to August 2004. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of Iowa College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Economics from Hastings College.
