Megan Nicklaus

Megan Nicklaus currently serves as the Associate Vice President for Strategic Operations and Experiential Education at Colorado College, a position held since July 2013, where responsibilities include supporting the Chief Operating Officer in executing institutional priorities and strategic projects. Prior to this role, Megan spent over a decade at Vanderbilt University, contributing significantly to the evolution of the Career Center into the Center for Student Professional Development, transitioning the advising approach towards coaching, and teaching a capstone course in Human and Organizational Development. Megan's career began at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education was earned, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton.
