Nichole Ridenour

Nichole Ridenour currently serves as the Associate Director of Leadership Giving at Colorado College, a position held since 2017, with additional roles on the Advancement ADEI Committee and as an Annual Giving Leadership Gift Officer. Ridenour's extensive experience in sports coaching includes serving as the Head Soccer Coach for Colorado Inferno FC at SoccerHaus Sports and Events Center since February 2023, where efforts focus on relaunching the team within a new conference by August 2025. Prior to these roles, Ridenour worked for the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 2008 to 2016 as the SAAC Administrator and Director/Head Coach for Women's Soccer. Ridenour also has experience as a Teacher & Coach at Fountain Valley School and owned/managed a WPSL semi-professional soccer team, overseeing various operational aspects. Ridenour holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Minnesota Morris, supplemented by a study abroad program at James Cook University.
