Rakim Johnson currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at Colorado College, focusing on enhancing inclusivity on campus. Previous roles include Student Supervisor and Periodicals Student Assistant, facilitating library operations and a positive workplace culture, and Peer Educator, where workshops on ADEI topics were developed.
