Cathy Rodriguez

Cathy Rodriguez currently serves as a Parole Board Member at the Colorado Department of Corrections since March 2024, following a significant tenure as Compliance Manager at the State of Colorado Department of Law from August 2018 to March 2024. Prior roles include Manager of the Victim Witness program at Adams County Government, Program Director overseeing mental health boards at the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies, and Standards and Community Notification Coordinator for the State of Colorado, where Cathy focused on policy development for sex offender management. Additional experience includes training for Native American tribes at Fox Valley Technical College and serving as a Senior Probation Officer at the 17th Judicial District Probation Department. Education includes incomplete studies in Psychology of Social Justice at Walden University and a certificate in Brain Synchronization Therapy from The Colorado Center for Alternative Psychology.
