Melissa Menke

Melissa Menke is an experienced professional with a diverse background in personnel security, human resources, and program support. Currently serving as Tech III at the Colorado Department of Transportation since August 2025, Melissa previously held roles at the U.S. Department of the Interior as Personnel Security and at X Technologies, Inc. as a Verification Officer. Additional experience includes HR and program support at Highline, integrity and quality assurance at General Dynamics Information Technology, background investigations at KeyPoint Government Solutions, and full lifecycle recruiting at Easy Dynamics Corp. An early career included internships with the International Rescue Committee and Exodus Refugee Immigration, focusing on policy development and support for refugees. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Butler University and graduated with honors from Rising Sun High School.
