Emma Kepes is an experienced education professional currently serving as the Manager of Career Connected Learning at The Colorado Education Initiative since September 2023. Previously, Emma held leadership roles at Juntos2College as Chair of the Board of Directors and at STRIVE Prep as Director of College Access, where responsibilities included overseeing college readiness programming and teaching a Senior Seminar for 12th graders. Emma has been a College Advisor at the Denver Scholarship Foundation, working in two Denver Public Schools, and began their career at Colorado College as a Fitness Center Monitor. Additional experience includes working as a Corps Member at Mile High Youth Corps and as a summer Counselor at Camp Mystic. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Spanish Language and Literature from Colorado College.
