Currently serving as the Director of Career-Connected Learning Implementation at The Colorado Education Initiative, Katherine has a robust history of leading initiatives and training programs within various educational organizations, including CareerWise USA and District of Columbia Public Schools. Katherine has developed numerous training modules, frameworks for virtual internships, and has successfully managed multiple internship programs that significantly increased student placement rates. With a Master's degree in Urban Education from Johns Hopkins University, Katherine combines extensive teaching experience with a strong focus on career readiness and educational policy, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing work-based learning opportunities for students.
