Jaitali Dedhia

Jaitali Dedhia currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Learning Experience & Content Partnerships at upGrad, an ed-tech startup valued at $2.5 billion. In this role, Jaitali leads customer experience strategy across key markets, including the United States, Europe, Middle East, Vietnam, and Singapore. Prior experience includes roles such as Associate Director of Marketing & Alumni Relations at upGrad, where Jaitali developed a highly engaged alumni community and led a successful referral marketing initiative contributing significantly to company revenue. Previous positions also include Head of Business Strategy & Partnerships at The Better India, where Jaitali established a leading impact-media platform, and Brand Manager & B2B Business Lead at The Rose Group of Companies, focusing on customer journey improvements for major brands. Jaitali began the career as an Assistant Marketing Manager at Mahindra Special Services Group, following a degree in Journalism from Jai Hind College, Mumbai.
