Paul Beck is an experienced professional in the field of education and youth development, currently serving as the Director of Implementation and Partnership at The Colorado Education Initiative since March 2015. Previously, Paul held the position of Innovation Specialist at the same organization. Before this, Paul worked at the Boys & Girls Club from September 2012 to March 2015 as the Beacons Manager and served as the Associate Program Director at the YMCA of Boulder Valley in 2011-2012. Paul also has experience as the Camp and Family Program Director at the YMCA of San Diego County from 2009 to 2011 and as the Youth Development Director at the Boys and Girls Clubs of the East Valley between 2007 and 2009. Paul Beck earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Social Science Teacher Education from Eastern Illinois University, completing the degree in 2007.
