Ray Carretta

Ray Carretta began their work experience as a Financial Advisor at Northwestern Mutual in 2003. Ray worked with customers to identify financial investment opportunities and managed the sales cycle. In 2004, they joined Provident Funding Associates as an Underwriter/Funder, where they achieved multiple levels of underwriting authority and conducted site visits to assist branches in need. Ray was promoted to Branch/Regional Lead in 2005, and later to Department Manager of Personnel and Analytics in 2011. In this role, they led personnel management functions and performed ad hoc reporting for the CEO and COO. In 2022, Ray Carretta was promoted to VP, Underwriting Operations at Colorado Federal Savings Bank, where they were involved in starting wholesale lending and drafting initial policies and lending guidelines.

Ray Carretta attended Penn State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science and Information Systems.
