Steven D'Orazio

Steven D'Orazio has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry. Steven began their career at PAINEWEBBER, INC as an Intern and Operations Funding Coordinator, where they were responsible for data entry and reconciliation of funding wires. Steven later became a Traders Assistant, managing processes and serving as a key contact person for high-profile mortgage companies.

In 2000, Steven joined UBS, LLC/UBS Real Estate Securities, Inc as a Manager and Associate Director. Steven oversaw a team of 15 and managed a $20 billion book during the market's peak. Steven also liaised with trading desk, clients, and managed operations support for a whole loan finance group. Steven successfully led the team during the business wind down and closing.

Steven then worked as a self-employed Equities Trader before joining UBS as an Associate Director, where they served as a key member of the team from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Steven joined Colorado Federal Savings Bank as the Chief Credit Officer and Vice President. Steven currently holds these roles, utilizing their expertise in credit management and lending operations.

Steven D'Orazio earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance/Accounting from Saint John's University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
