Doug Bursnall

Doug Bursnall currently serves as the Chief Course Setter and Staging Manager for the Colorado High School Cycling League since August 2023. Previously, Doug Bursnall has been with Colorado Springs Utilities for over a decade, holding the position of Conservation Specialist Sr and managing key energy efficiency and sustainability programs, including a Retail Markdown Program that facilitated the conversion of over 7 million inefficient lighting products to more sustainable options. Prior to that, Doug Bursnall worked as an Energy Rater and LEED AP at Energy Logic, providing certification services to residential builders in multiple counties and helping them achieve various green building certifications. Doug Bursnall holds a degree in I.T., Computers, Telecommunications, and Software Development from De Montfort University.
