Richard then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university, graduating in 2015. Additionally, Richard completed a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2011 and 2013.
