Desiree Miniel

Desiree Miniel has over two decades of experience in the housing finance sector, currently serving as a Loan Review and Certification Analyst at the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority since July 2004. In this role, Desiree is responsible for auditing Single Family loans to ensure compliance with Ginnie Mae and Fannie Mae eligibility guidelines, as well as managing data uploads into GinnieNET and Loan Delivery systems. Prior to this position, Desiree worked at First American Heritage Title Company from May 2001 to June 2003 as part of the Order Desk, facilitating the acquisition and distribution of necessary recorded documents across various departments. Desiree completed education at Arvada Senior High School from 1997 to 2001.
