Lauren Y. Casteel is a seasoned leader in philanthropy and community development, currently serving as President and CEO of The Women’s Foundation of Colorado and as a member of the Prosper Colorado Jobs Strike Team and Colorado Inclusive Economy. With a diverse background that includes significant roles at The Denver Foundation, where Lauren launched The Inclusiveness Project, and previous executive positions at the Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation and The Hunt Alternatives Fund, Lauren has dedicated over three decades to fostering inclusive economic growth and supporting underserved communities. Educationally, Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and Communications from the University of Colorado Denver and previously attended Swarthmore College.
