Elizabeth T. Poulos

Elizabeth T. Poulos is the current Dean of Nursing, Health Sciences, Public Safety, Wellness & Outdoor Studies at Colorado Mountain College. Elizabeth has also served as the Interim Associate Dean and Interim Assistant Dean of Instruction at the college in the past. Prior to their work at Colorado Mountain College, Captain Poulos served in the United States Air Force from 2008 to 2012.

Dr. Elizabeth T. Poulos is a Higher Education professional who has attained the highest level of education in their field with a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) from the University of Denver. Elizabeth also holds a Master's Degree in Financial Risk Management from Colorado State University, as well as a Master's Degree in Financial Analysis from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. In addition, Dr. Poulos also has an MBA from Utah State University. Finally, they hold a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Texas A&M University. Dr. Poulos is also certified by the Internal Revenue Service as an Enrolled Agent.

They are on a team with Mary Martin Boyd - VP of Fiscal Affairs, Ben Cairns - VP & Campus Dean Leadville & Salida, and Heather D. Exby - VP & Campus Dean of CMC Spring Valley. Elizabeth T. Poulos reports to Carrie Besnette Hauser, President.
