Aaron Houlihan

Aaron Houlihan, CFA, CAIA, serves as Senior Portfolio Manager for Alternatives at Colorado PERA since 2017, focusing on opportunistic investments, real assets, private credit, and hedge funds. Prior to Colorado PERA, Aaron held the position of Manager of Investments at Catholic Health Initiatives from 2014 to 2017 and Manager of Public Markets Investments at CenturyLink from 2011 to 2014. Earlier experience includes Senior Investment Analyst for Real Assets at the University of California Office of the President and roles in real estate consulting at Thomson Reuters and Deloitte. Aaron began a career in project management at Informatix, Inc. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
