David Scott

David Scott is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, customer service, and healthcare advocacy. Currently serving as a Senior Education Representative at Colorado PERA since August 2016, David previously held the role of Field Education Representative 2. Prior experience includes working as a Bilingual Healthcare Representative and Non Attorney Disability Representative at Chamberlin Edmonds (now Change Healthcare) from January 2013 to August 2016, where responsibilities included screening patients for eligibility for Federal and State benefits. Additionally, David has experience as a bartender and server at Rocko's Cantina, a Benefits Case Manager at Summit County Social Services, and a Bilingual Community Support Coordinator at the Family and Intercultural Resource Center. David also has a background in education as an English Teacher Trainer with TtMadrid TEFL Certification Course. David holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Spanish and International Business from Western Michigan University, supplemented by a course at Universitat d'Alacant in 2004.
