Jeff Sprole

Jeff Sprole is an experienced stakeholder engagement professional with a robust background in public administration and political science. Currently serving as Stakeholder Engagement Manager at Colorado PERA since 2008, Jeff Sprole leads a digital strategy team focused on delivering actionable information to stakeholders through various channels. Previous roles include Community Affairs Manager, where oversight of strategic communications and partnerships expanded organizational influence, and Ambassador Field Manager, which involved managing a grassroots advocacy program and a network of volunteers. Earlier career experiences include Director of Operations and Owner at Dog Gone Clean, LLC, and leadership positions at the Utah Education Association and Utah Progressive Network, where advocacy and community engagement were key focuses. Jeff Sprole holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Utah.
