Joshua Neugebauer

Joshua Neugebauer, CFA, has a robust background in investment administration and compliance, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Investment Administration at Colorado PERA since April 2013, overseeing a $45 billion state pension plan. Neugebauer has progressed through various roles in the same organization, including Investment Compliance & Performance Manager and Investment Performance and Compliance Analyst, handling total fund compliance, performance, and risk management. Prior experience includes positions at ICON Advisers as both Senior International Trader and Head of Trading Operations, where key contributions included establishing trading operations and implementing advanced systems for portfolio management.
