Paolo Zialcita

Paolo Zialcita is a seasoned journalist currently serving as a Neighborhoods reporter at Denverite since September 2024 and previously held the position of Neighborhoods reporter and General Assignment Reporter at Colorado Public Radio since July 2020. With experience spanning various roles, Zialcita has contributed as a Max Wycisk News Fellow at Colorado Public Radio, producing and editing segments for programs like Colorado Matters. Noteworthy internships include NPR's Newsdesk, where national breaking news was covered, and foundational work on San José Spotlight's podcast. Zialcita's academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Sociology from the University of Nevada, Reno, complemented by involvement in journalistic training through the Asian American Journalists Association.
