Colorado Springs Philharmonic
Karla Powers is a musician who has been working as a sectional violist with the Colorado Springs Philharmonic Orchestra since 1979. Prior to their music career, Karla worked as a corporate librarian at Hewlett-Packard from 1982 to 1992. Karla holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Philosophy from Colorado State University, which Karla completed in 1979 after attending the University of Northern Colorado in 1976-1977.
