Barbara Richardson

Barbara Richardson has over two decades of experience in higher education, with a significant focus on career services and assessment. Currently serving as the Director of Operations and Assessment at Colorado State University since June 2007, Barbara has also held various instructional roles, including co-teaching graduate-level courses on higher education trends and career services. Prior roles include Senior Associate Director of Assessment & Strategic Initiatives, where efforts led to a significant improvement in graduate outcome tracking, and Alumni Career Programs Coordinator at the University of Vermont, where Barbara managed a large alumni network. Barbara holds a Master’s degree in College Student Personnel from Miami University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and English from Colorado College.
