Shelby Lisen

Shelby Lisen is a seasoned professional in educational program management currently serving as the Senior Program Manager for Professional Education at Colorado State University since September 2020. In this role, Shelby focuses on expanding educational offerings that align with CSU's land grant mission. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Professional Education at the University of Utah, overseeing a $2.5 million department, and managing various programs to support workforce demand. Shelby's background also encompasses roles in youth program coordination and academic support, with a strong emphasis on program development, strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Education at the University of Glasgow, Shelby holds a Bachelor's Degree in Educational Studies from Westminster University.
