Susheela Mallipudi

Susheela Mallipudi is an experienced professional with a focus on higher education and workforce development. As a Recruitment and Retention Coordinator/Graduate Advisor in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Colorado State University since January 2017, Susheela has been instrumental in supporting student success and retention initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Success Coach for Colorado State University Online, where responsibilities included recruiting and building relationships with students. Susheela has also worked as a Workforce Development Specialist with the United States Department of Agriculture, and held roles at Total Benchmark Solution, LLC, ZS Associates, and conducted research for NASA and NAVAIR.
