Carolyn Reynolds

Carolyn Reynolds currently serves as the Human Resources Director at the Colorado Symphony, a position held since May 2025, where strategic, people-focused initiatives are led to enhance the organization’s mission. Prior to this role, Carolyn was the Vice President of Human Resources at Mission Rock Residential, LLC from February 2020 to October 2024, overseeing a workforce of over 850 employees across 18 states and fostering a high-performance culture while promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion. From February 2015 to February 2020, Carolyn held the same title at MorningStar Senior Living, managing HR functions for 1,900 employees across 25 locations and focusing on legal compliance and employee relations. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder.
