Randall Elder

Randall Elder has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, sales, and operations. Randall is currently working as a Global Marketing Communications Specialist at Colorcon® since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Marketing Communications Specialist at MOBILion Systems, Inc. from June 2021 to August 2022, and at BUCHI Laboratory Equipment from May 2019 to June 2021.

Before transitioning to marketing, Randall gained experience in sales and operations. Randall worked as a Sales, Marketing, and Operations professional at Goodman Manufacturing from June 2018 to May 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager at Elder's Service Co. from January 2015 to June 2018.

Randall also demonstrated their versatile skills in roles outside the traditional corporate setting. Randall served as a Race day Spotter and Pit Crew member at Goodie Motorsports and Team BCR from September 2004 to October 2016. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Green Technology Services from January 2014 to January 2015.

Earlier in their career, Randall gained valuable experience in account management and sales. Randall worked as an Account Executive at W.B. Mason Company Inc. from September 2011 to December 2013. Prior to that, they served as an Account Manager at IKON Office Solutions from June 2009 to August 2011, where they focused on new business prospecting and marketing.

In their early professional years, Randall held the position of Secretary at Sigma Pi Fraternity, International from January 2004 to December 2008.

Randall Elder attended York College of Pennsylvania from 2003 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
