Hilda M. started their work experience in 2014 at MADRE as an Operations & Human Resources Manager until 2019. Hilda then worked as a Career Coach at their own company from 2013 onwards. In 2019, they transitioned to Color Of Change, where they held various roles, including Human Resources & Compliance, Learning & Development Manager, Senior Learning & Development Manager, and currently serves as the HR Director of Leadership Development.

Hilda M. completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Monroe College between 2011 and 2013.
