Hojahnea Hodges

Hojahnea Hodges is a dedicated professional with experience in technology and management roles. Currently serving as a Fellow at both ColorStack and Rewriting the Code, Hojahnea is focused on enhancing representation and support for underrepresented groups in the tech industry. Previous experience includes an internship as an IT Customer Solutions Process Analyst at Idaho National Laboratory, as well as a Store Manager position at Hello Fresh Cafe, where Hojahnea implemented strategies that led to significant sales and operational improvements. Early career experience also includes a role as a Sales Floor Team Member at D.I.B Block Factory and Hardware Supplies. Hojahnea is pursuing a degree at Bluefield State University, expected to graduate in 2026.
