Sameer Prakash

Sameer Prakash currently serves as the Senior Director and Global Legal Head at ColorTokens Inc. since May 2025, where responsibilities include leading international legal operations and aligning legal strategies with business objectives in the SaaS and cybersecurity sectors. Prior to this role, Sameer held the position of Vice President - Client Services (Contracts & Compliance) at Vyapi, contributing to the establishment of its Global Delivery Centre in Bangalore. Sameer also served as Legal Manager at ColorTokens, where significant contributions were made to set up the legal function. Previous experience includes Team Lead-Special Counsel at First American (India), Senior Consultant at HARMAN India, and Senior Legal Associate at UnitedLex Corporation. Sameer holds a Micro Masters Program in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.A.LL.B. from Aligarh Muslim University.
