Ella Davey has extensive experience in resourcing and recruitment, currently serving as a Resourcing Partner at Colosseum Dental UK Ltd since October 2020. Prior to this role, Ella held positions as Head of Resourcing and Associate Consultant at LMA Recruitment, recognized as a Sunday Times 100 Best Small Company, from June 2015 to September 2020. Ella began the professional journey as a Student at Quest Professional from September 2014 to June 2015 and gained early experience as a Carer at Bluebird Care for a brief period in mid-2014.
