Radha Krishnan R has a diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Radha Krishnan is currently employed as the Business Unit Head for Leather chemicals at Colourtex Ind Ltd since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Stahl as a Business Manager from May 2014 to May 2021. Before that, they held the position of Head-Sales (South India) at Clariant from January 2008 to April 2014. Radha Krishnan started their career at LANXESS as a Technical Manager in June 2000 and worked there until January 2008.

From 1989 to 1993, Radha Krishnan R attended Anna University, where they obtained a B.Tech degree in Leather Technology.
