Jessica Damschen

Jessica Damschen is an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in the construction industry, having worked for ColRich, CalAtlantic Homes, and McMillin Homes since 2006. Responsibilities include the overall management of multiple master planned communities, serving as a primary municipality interface representative for various city and county permitting processes. Prior to their project management roles, Jessica worked in the entertainment and dental supply sectors, gaining skills in travel coordination, client relationship management, and customer service. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography from Humboldt State University.
