Fred Whisnant

Fred Whisnant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and enterprise architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer and Enterprise Architect at COLSA, Fred provides technical leadership for the Enterprise Information Technology Support Services (EITSS) contract and enhances organizational enterprise architecture processes. Previously, at Pratt & Whitney Rocketdyne, Fred developed control system software for turbofan engines and led systems integration efforts. Fred's career also includes a significant tenure at Honeywell Aerospace as a Senior Test Engineering Lead, overseeing the test efforts for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system. Fred's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering.
