Thomas Berard

Thomas Berard has had an extensive career in the defense industry, holding various leadership roles. Thomas served as the Director of Business Development for West Coast Operations at COLSA since 2012. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at the Air Force Flight Test Center from 2008 to 2011. From 2005 to 2008, they were the Director (or Deputy) at White Sands Missile, where they oversaw the testing and evaluation of military systems. Additionally, they served as the Division Chief at AFFTC Range from 2000 to 2004, and as the Director of Engineering at 445th FTS from 1997 to 2000.

Thomas Berard holds a Certificate in Program Management from Defense Acquisition University. Thomas also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from CSU.
