Sean Gosse has extensive experience in manufacturing and process engineering, currently serving as Manufacturing Engineering Manager at Colt Canada since June 2020, also holding the title of Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor. From February 2012 to June 2020, Sean worked as a Quality and Manufacturing Technician at Ontario Drive & Gear Ltd. Before that, experience includes positions as Process Engineer at Linamar and Matcor Automotive Inc., as well as Parts Associate at Gross Machinery. Sean began a career in engineering at ATS Automation Tooling Systems as a Project Manager, overseeing multidisciplinary teams, and previously worked as a Process Improvement Leader at Schaeffler Canada. Education was completed at Conestoga College from 1990 to 1993.
