Nick Parker

Nick Parker is a seasoned professional in asset management, currently serving as the Global Senior Director of Asset Management at Colt Data Centre Services. Parker boasts a robust background, having previously held roles including Global Director of Asset Management - Real Estate and Commercial Director - Real Estate. Prior experience includes positions at British Land, where Parker focused on Development Valuation and Analysis for offices, and Global Switch as a Commercial Manager. Earlier in the career, Parker worked as a Senior Commercial Property Analyst at CB Richard Ellis.
