Sean Callender

Sean Callender is the HSE Director at Colt Data Centre Services, bringing over a decade of experience in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management across multiple industries. With a Master’s degree in Health, Safety and Environment from the University of Sunderland, they have successfully led HSEQ initiatives for large-scale international projects, including in the pharmaceutical and food sectors. Former roles include HSE Manager at Hunter Safety Solutions and HSEQ Manager at Stonhard, where Sean demonstrated a strong ability to improve workplace culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Their effective communication skills have facilitated strong working relationships across diverse teams throughout their career.
