Carlos Jesus

Carlos Jesus is the current Vice President of Service Delivery at Colt Technology Services. Prior to this, they worked as a business consultant for Andersen, Deloitte and GMS from September 2001 to June 2004. Their main areas of expertise include cost and performance, shared services centre, quality management system, revenue assurance/revenue enhancement, and service provisioning.

Carlos has extensive experience in the telecom sector, having worked with several mobile and fixed operators in Portugal. Carlos has helped these organizations to improve their cost and performance, quality management, revenue enhancement, and service provisioning processes.

As a result of their work, Carlos has gained a deep understanding of the telecom industry and has become an expert in operational efficiency. Carlos is now using their knowledge and expertise to help Colt Technology Services deliver outstanding service to its customers.

Carlos Jesus has a post-graduate degree in PDE - Management Development Program from AESE – School for Management and Business, a post-graduate degree in Optical Fibre Communications from Universidade de Aveiro, and an engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Universidade de Aveiro.

They are on a team with and Ruth Welter - VP, Global Strategic Alliances. Their manager is Robin Farnan, EVP Operations & Engineering.
