Melanie Halsey

Melanie Halsey joined Colt in April 2019 and forms part of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to Carl Grivner. Melanie is driving Colt’s people strategy, overseeing the attraction, retention and development of talented people across Colt, in order to drive business success.

Before joining Colt, Melanie was working for Eight Roads, the proprietary investment arm of Fidelity International Limited, where she was Head of HR.

Prior to this Melanie spent 15 years at Fidelity International where she worked across a number of business areas including technology, operations, investment management and HR.
