Giovanna Deleon

Giovanna DeLeon, MBA, has extensive experience in administrative support roles within the Colton Joint Unified School District, beginning as a General Clerical Worker and progressing to the position of Administrative Assistant in Risk Management and Health Benefits since July 2015. In this role, Giovanna provides specialized technical support to ensure effective office operations while managing communication and maintaining confidentiality. Previous positions within the district involved recognizing and addressing customer needs, maintaining compliance with regulations as Attendance Assistant II, and executing diverse clerical tasks as Office Assistant II. Giovanna’s background is complemented by an academic foundation in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands.
