Hidayatul Syazni Mohd Ali

Hidayatul Syazni Mohd Ali is a seasoned Human Resources Executive with a robust background in talent acquisition and learning and development. Currently serving at Columbia Asia Malaysia since June 2023, Hidayatul previously held a significant role at MRCB from July 2017 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing the end-to-end recruitment process and facilitating the hiring of over 500 staff annually from 2017 to 2020. In addition to talent acquisition, Hidayatul also contributed to learning and development by researching training trends and preparing proposals for training programs. Earlier experience includes a role at Danone in sourcing supplier development and an internship at the Companies Commission of Malaysia, focusing on training needs analysis and program facilitation.
